Gotta love Deathray Davies frontman John Dufilho for sending us a work in progress (even though it sounds pretty complete to me).


The prolific songwriter tells us in an e-mail:

"Here's a new one from the DRD. Not finished mixing, but [expletive] it. Finishing things is overrated. It's about driving someone's expensive car into the bottom of a lake. One of these days I'll name it. Title as you see fit."

Hey, here's an thought. Listen to the song and put your suggested title in a comment. Who knows? Your idea could show up on the next Deathray album, which Dufilho says has no foreseeable release date.


"Still plugging away," he writes. "Might have to call the record 'Lost at Sea.' Ha!"
