It was all the buzz at this weekend's MTV Movie Awards (well, besides Sacha Baron Cohen's Bruno landing his butt cheeks on rapper Eminem's face), so we've got to go with the trailer for Twilight's sequel, New Moon. Considering the, ahem, quality of its prequel, we're probably seeing all of the movie's major plot developments in this less-than-two-minute clip. Bella celebrates her birthday with Edward's family, who bakes her a cake. She suffers a bloody paper cut and nearly gets attacked by one of Edward's siblings. Edward says he can't bear to put her in danger again and leaves her for good in the forest, where she's saved from another attack by the newly muscular and suddenly studly Jacob. Suppose you'll have to see the movie to follow their burgeoning romance.
Release date: Nov. 20
Chance of box office success: Um, kind of gigantic. Tweens still exist.
Should you see it?: Many people will, whether it gets a critical drubbing or not. I, however, would rate it a must-rent.
